Idea 1. Print is alive

Every year, I hear the same thing, print is dead. But print magazines like Monocle, Apartamento, Eye, and Delayed Gratification continue to captivate and inspire, proving that print is far from dead. With their beautifully curated content, stunning visuals, and immersive reading experience, they keep getting better with time. Even the ads. This print ad for Vasttrafik is beautiful and smart, just like the brand and the magazine it appears on.

There's something magical about flipping through the pages, feeling the texture, and savoring every word. They often offer me a break from screens and a chance to indulge in slow, intentional reading. What are your favorite magazines?

Idea 2. The Power of Taika

I’m a big fan of Mr. Waititi. Taika has the natural ability and talent to write, act, and create memorable content. It’s in his Cannes and Oscar-winning DNA. Similar to our US-based ultra-talented do-it-all, Ryan Reynolds, owner of multiple businesses including a fútbol team and even an ad agency, Maximum Effort. They both understand in their own way the importance of capturing attention with ideas that are impossible to ignore. Whether we are creatives, businesses, or brands in need of visibility and attention, our goal is to ensure that our work is anything but ignorable.

Idea 3. El Conejo keeps winning in non-English

Yes, I may not be a fan of his music, but I must admit that my heart beats differently every time I see Benito do something that no one else from Puerto Rico has ever done. He is making history, changing it, and not forgetting his roots, language, or where he came from. That is the true meaning of success. This piece by the NYT was written almost a year ago when he performed at the Grammys, and the subtitles could not fully capture what was happening. Last week at SNL, he achieved something that has never happened on the show - for the first time, millions around the world were watching, seeing Bad Bunny, and understanding the jokes. Cultura.
