Idea 1. Joy
Joy is how Nike started and what it is all about. With a new incoming CEO and plenty of work to do, it’s great to use this spot as a metaphor for hard work and sacrifice. Don’t reinvent the wheel; resist being so innovative that you forget about your audience, roots, and the things that make you who you are.
The new CEO's CV is another great metaphor for going from hard work to joy –
Idea 2. Milk + Oreo
Milk and Oreo—so simple yet powerful. Sports sponsorships work, and the audience is passionate about the teams they love and follow. Brilliant.

Idea 3. Small but tough
One of my all-time favorite print ads. It makes me wonder: where have concept print ads gone? Award journals and Archive Magazine? Maybe, but they're MIA from everywhere else. Sad to think a post for social now has to replace print – it makes no sense to me. Now that’s tough.
